Privacy policy

Last updated 23 July 2026

This policy covers digifyai.com, run by Dimitris Vourtos trading as Digify, in Greece. It explains what happens to information you give us. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.

What we collect

Only what you type into the audit request form: your business name, your email address, and optionally your website address. We do not ask for payment details, and we have no account system, so there are no passwords.

This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

To produce and send the free audit you asked for, and to reply to you about it. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form. That is the only thing we use it for. We will not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for, and we will never sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

Twelve months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted. If you become a client, your details are kept for the duration of the work and for as long afterwards as Greek tax law requires.

Who else sees it

Today, nobody. Audit requests are handled directly by Dimitris Vourtos and are not passed to any third party. If that changes, for example if we start using an email delivery service or a CRM to handle requests, this policy will be updated to name that provider before the change takes effect.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
