These terms cover this website and the free audit. Digify is operated by Dimitris Vourtos in Greece.

The free audit

The audit is free and carries no obligation. It is our assessment of what AI assistants currently say about your business, recorded at a point in time. Answer engines change their responses without notice, so an audit describes what we observed when we ran it, not a permanent state of affairs.

What we do not promise

We do not control ChatGPT, Gemini, Google or any other answer engine, and nobody does. We cannot guarantee that your business will be named in any particular answer, or ranked in any particular position, or that any specific increase in enquiries will follow. Anyone in this industry who guarantees those things is guessing, and you should treat the guarantee accordingly.

What we do commit to is the work itself: the build, the structured data, and honest monthly reporting of what the engines actually say, including when the answer is not the one you wanted.

Figures on this site

The revenue calculator is a model built from industry averages, not a measurement of your business, and it says so next to the number. The example AI answer shown on the homepage is illustrative and is labelled as such; it does not describe a real client. The performance figures in the Proof section are real measurements of this website, taken with the tool, conditions and date stated beside them.

Your content

Anything you send us about your business stays yours. If we build a site for you, ownership of the finished work transfers to you on final payment, under terms set out in the specific contract for that project. These website terms do not replace a project contract.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability in connection with this website and the free audit is limited to the amount you paid for them, which is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
